Salary: £13.50 - £14 per hour

Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00am -4:00pm (Overtime Available)

This production operative job is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys working with small components, following processes carefully, and maintaining high quality standards.

Key Responsibilities and Duties for Production Operative:

Clean and prepare parts before coating
Mask components using small tools and materials
Inspect finished work under a microscope to ensure quality
Remove masking materials and prepare parts for the next stage
Handle parts safely following ESD and cleanroom procedures
Keep your work area organised and follow safety guidelines

What We’re Looking For:

Comfortable working with small components (some microscope work involved)
Has good attention to detail and enjoys hands-on work
Can follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Works well in a team and is reliable and punctual
Is willing to follow cleanroom and safety procedures
