Our client is looking for a recent graduate to join their Graduate Programme as a Business Analyst within their Commercial Excellence Team. With hybrid working arrangements, the role will be based in their EMEIA (Europe, Middle East, India and Africa) Head Office.
You will be a proactive and driven individual, focused on supporting the regions in developing, implementing and sharing best practice in tools and processes, to drive ongoing commercial related business improvements.
The role of Business Analyst would be suitable for a recent graduate, who is looking to develop their career in a commercially focused, analytical role.
This role sits within the EMEIA Graduate Programme and will offer a 3 month secondment to another market region, within Europe.
The Role:As the Business Analyst for the Commercial Excellence Team, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- co-ordinating and supporting the commercial excellence assessment process and ensure results are collated and the results deck published
- maintaining and managing the commercial excellence online platform
- co-ordinating the maintenance and running of the commercial excellence website
- directly supporting the EMEIA customer experience programme
- liaising with Marketing and e-business teams on development of relevant support material
- supporting all commercial excellence activities, including the preparation of communications and presentations
The Candidate:Ideally of graduate standard, preferably from within a business, finance or commercially based discipline, for the role of Business Analyst candidates will also be able to demonstrate that they have / are:
- previous work experience, ideally from within a business analysis/ commercial excellence focused environment
- experience of large global organisations, with geographically dispersed teams would be beneficial
- excellent IT skills with a good understanding of general PC packages, in particular Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- excellent attention to detail and the ability to clearly prioritise workloads and tasks, being used to multi-tasking
- excellent communication skills with the ability to be flexible, creative and thrive in a challenging environment
- an organised and pro-active individual, who demonstrates a positive and professional attitude
- able to work as part of a team or under their own initiative to meet required targets and deadlines
- sound project management skills with an understanding of project management requirements
European language skills would be a benefit but are not essential.
Applicants for this role should hold a full current UK driving licence and also note that there will be some travel within the EMEIA region with this role.
