Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary customer service executive to join their busy team! To be considered you must be available immediately and have excellent communication skills.
Duties:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
- Respond to queries promptly or escalate to relevant teams as needed.
- Accurately log all interactions in the CRM system.
- Signpost customers to appropriate services and partner organisations.
- Process applications and support related procedures within required timescales.
- Assist with payment collection and account administration
- Provide admin support to the wider team
- Help manage complaints
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Experience in handling enquiries across multiple channels
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Office
