What's involved?

We are seeking an experienced Sous chef who is confident in all aspects of cookery and has a passion for delivering exceptional standards and consistency with patience, passion and professionalism. You will be responsible for ordering, stock control, mise en place, team development and kitchen leadership whilst supporting the Head Chef in all aspects of the running of the kitchen.
