The Job Role
- A Sous Chef within a fresh food background known for its levels of customer service.
- The Sous Chef will help lead, train and develop an enthusiastic and new team
- Reporting to the Head Chef
- The Sous Chef will at times look after the breakfast, lunch and dinner operation as well as weddings and events
The Requirements
- This role could suit a strong Sous Chef with a fresh food background in branded restaurants, hotels or Gastro Pubs with Rooms
- The ideal Sous Chef will have enthusiasm and willingness to progress their career within a well established and successful team
- A passion for service and food is a must
- You will be able to work most sections within a kitchen.
