With steady growth and continued investment, they're now looking to expand their team with a capable programmer ready to take on more responsibility.In this role, you'll programme CNC lathes and mills (using Fusion), set up tooling, support new product introductions, and oversee day-to-day activity on the late shift. You'll lead a small, experienced team while continuing to develop your own technical skills with access to tools like SolidWorks and on-the-job training.This role would suit an experienced CNC Programmer or Setter/Operator ready for a supervisory position within a growing and supportive company offering long-term development.The Role:
