Location: Ripley, GU23
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30pm – 5:30am
Pay Rate: £35.00 per hour (CIS)
Start Date: ASAP End Date: 23 Nov 2025

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Highways Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of electricians working on streetlighting and termination works at Junction 10 of the M25. The role requires strong supervisory skills and hands-on electrical knowledge in a highways environment.

All candidates must attend a Balfour Beatty induction prior to starting.

Mandatory Certifications & Requirements

• SSSTS

• HERS Card

• Highways Passport

• Gold CSCS or ECS Card – Supervisory

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation (or equivalent)

• G39 – Highway Electrical Safety

• EUSR Category 1 & 2

• Safety Critical Medical

Desirable

• 18th Edition

• Test & Inspect
