As a Painter and Decorator, you'll be:

Working on repairs and void properties
Diagnose and rectify faults within core and other trades related repair requests
Ensure that the quality of work always meets the highest possible standards
Support all trades to deliver a professional and safe maintenance and repairs service
Respond swiftly to all emergency situations and resolve them efficiently

Ideally, I want to speak to a Painter and Decorator that has:

Experience in Social housing or Domestic
Over 5 years trade experience
Plastering experience is essential
Able to silcon to good standard
Able to use the phone and PDA to communicate effectively
Full UK Driving Licence (vans will be provided from day one)
DBS check is required
