I am partnering with a well-established and growing business who is looking for a B2C credit controller to join their small finance team. Offering a surprisingly varied role this is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety and has great customer service that is adaptable to many different types of customers and third party suppliers.
Duties of the role include:
- Collecting and reporting on sales ledger
- Chasing aged debt
- Providing high customer service to customers
- Liaising with third party suppliers
- Setting up new contracts and agreements
- Assisting with customer queries
The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in credit control and strong customer service experience. Great communication and inter-personal skills, as well as attention to detail.
