Project Co-Ordinator – 3-month contract – Woking

My Customer is seeking a proactive and highly organised Project Co-Ordinator to support the rollout of Windows 11 across a large fleet of laptops and desktops.

This is a fantastic opportunity to play a central role in a high-profile technology deployment project, working closely with engineers, stakeholders, and end users to ensure a smooth and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities of the Project Co-Ordinator:

  • Previous experience in a Project Co-Ordinator role ideally on a Windows 11 project.
  • Engineer Scheduling: Coordinate and assign engineers for device deployments to meet project timelines.
  • Project Deliverables Management: Monitor and maintain key project deliverables, ensuring milestones are achieved.
  • Communications Management: Act as the central point for project communications, providing updates to teams and stakeholders.
  • Issue Logging & Resolution: Track common faults and user issues, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where necessary.
  • Completion Tracking: Monitor and update the status of each device throughout the deployment lifecycle.
  • Project Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress, deliverables, and overall project health.
  • Appointment Re-bookings: Manage and re-schedule failed or missed appointments efficiently.

The Project Co-Ordinator would require travel to site in Woking, 5 days a week.
