About this Position:
This role serves as the primary liaison between Bespoke Relationship Managers, the Sales Planning team, and the Vehicle Configuration team. The position ensures that all MSO Bespoke orders are accurately processed, completed on schedule, and aligned with central Commercial Operations requirements. The successful candidate will also manage order status communications and oversee customer-facing documentation with precision and attention to detail.
Job Responsibilities:

Act as the main point of contact for Bespoke Relationship Managers, Sales Planning, and Vehicle Configuration teams.

Ensure timely completion of MSO Bespoke orders, with all necessary actions processed for Commercial Operations scheduling.

Review and upload all customer-facing documentation for accuracy.

Provide updates on order status to relevant stakeholders.

Conduct regular reporting and analysis on order completion progress.
