We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Practitioner to join our super team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, secure and stimulating environment for children aged 0-5 years old.

Days/Hours:
- 40 Hours over 4 days 7.30am-6pm, or
- 38 hours over 4 days 8am-6pm
- All Year Round / Permanent

GREAT Salary: (Depending on experience/qualification)
- Level 3- £13.50-£15.50 per hour
- Level 2- £12.21-£13.00 per hour
About the Role - Early Years PractitionerIn this role, you will support children’s learning and development, following the EYFS standards to create a warm and stimulating environment. You’ll work closely with children, parents, and carers, contributing to a high standard of care and education through engaging activities and a commitment to outdoor learning. This position would suit a newly qualified practitioner right up to a super qualified senior practitioner looking to continue growing their experience.
Early Years Practitioner Responsibilities
- Providing the highest level of childcare and early education experiences for all children in the nursery.
- Working as part of a passionate staff team and contributing to the running and development of the nursery.
- Ensuring that children's learning and development are celebrated with the child and their families.
- Using your knowledge and understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage & child development to plan and implement interest-led, engaging learning activities on a daily basis.
About YouThe ideal candidate will:
- Hold a minimum Level 2+ qualification in Early Years (full and relevant)
- Have previous experience as a nursery practitioner or similar role
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to outdoor learning and inclusive practices
- Possess excellent communication skills for interacting with parents and carers
- Be eligible to work in the UK
