We’re an independent specialist school supporting students aged 11–17 with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs — and we’re all about unlocking potential.
�? What You’ll Be Doing:- Leading the charge on both the educational and operational fronts of the school.
- Teaching 50% of the time in your subject specialism (we’ll chat about this at interview).
- Collaborating with a brilliant network of school leaders across the UK.
- Building strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and professionals to ensure every student thrives.
- Supporting and guiding our amazing staff team, creating a culture of growth, support, and teamwork.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- At least 1 year in a senior leadership role in education.
- A track record of delivering great (or outstanding!) teaching.
- Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, and everything in between.
- Experience working with SEMH students and managing challenging behaviours.
- A creative approach to curriculum design that meets diverse learning needs.
