�? What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Leading the charge on both the educational and operational fronts of the school.
  • Teaching 50% of the time in your subject specialism (we’ll chat about this at interview).
  • Collaborating with a brilliant network of school leaders across the UK.
  • Building strong relationships with parents, carers, local authorities, and professionals to ensure every student thrives.
  • Supporting and guiding our amazing staff team, creating a culture of growth, support, and teamwork.
�? What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • At least 1 year in a senior leadership role in education.
  • A track record of delivering great (or outstanding!) teaching.
  • Excellent communication skills – written, spoken, and everything in between.
  • Experience working with SEMH students and managing challenging behaviours.
  • A creative approach to curriculum design that meets diverse learning needs.
