Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Administrator who is available to start immediately. The successful candidate must have previous office admin experience, have strong communication skills and confident user of Microsoft office tools.
Duties:
- Managing the field reps diary and organising their schedule
- Handling customer queries over the phone and email
- Updating the database on a regular basis
- Ordering of stock when required
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in an administration role previously
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
