We are currently working with a reputable firm in Woking to recruit a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive with experience in residential property law.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a property law specialist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience looking to join a supportive and well-established team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a full caseload of residential property transactions
- Handling sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity
- Maintaining excellent client care and ensuring compliance with legal standards
- Liaising with clients, agents, and third parties throughout the transaction process
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client service abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
