Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Licensed Conveyancer / Legal ExecutiveWokingA well-established law firm in Woking is seeking a full-time Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executive to join its small and supportive Residential Property team.The firm has been providing high-quality legal services to individuals, families, and businesses for over a century. The practice is recognised for its long-standing relationships, both within the local community and with clients across the wider region.The successful candidate will manage their own caseload of residential property matters, including:

  • Residential Sales and Purchases
  • Residential Remortgages
  • Transfers of Equity
  • Equity Release
  • Lease Extensions

This is a varied role offering exposure to a broad range of property transactions. The Residential Property team also provides cross-departmental support to the firm's Personal Legal Services and Litigation & Disputes teams - for example, assisting with probate property sales and Land Registry documentation in property-related settlements or enforcement matters.Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive
  • 3+ years' experience handling a range of residential conveyancing matters
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
