Join our dynamic team as a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer. This role is ideal for someone looking to bridge the experience gap within our team, work closely with highly experienced professionals in a supportive environment a potential run your own department!

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Handle all aspects of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, and lease extensions.
  • Assist with the implementation of new processes, pricing strategies, referrer development, and client development.
  • Play a strategic role in growing the practice and improving operational efficiency.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Strong understanding of conveyancing processes and legal requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
