My Architectual client is looking for a Principle Designer/Senior Architect to join them on a permanent basis.

Requirements:

* Oversee the Principal Designer duties across multiple residential projects (100+ Dwellings)

* Manage and mentor a team of skilled Technicians and designers.

* Liaise directly with clients and local Authorities to co-ordinate project requirements.

* Prepare and review information and documents for planning applications.

* Strong team leadership and client facing skills.

* In-depth Knowledge of the design and planning process.

* Proficiency in AutoCAD.
