This is an exciting opportunity to begin your engineering career with hands-on involvement across design, production, and cross-functional collaboration.Key duties as a Graduate Engineer:Bespoke Product Engineering ("Specials")
  • Support the creation of 2D manufacturing drawings and specifications for bespoke electrical and medical products
  • Assist in translating customer requirements into accurate technical documentation
New Product Development & Introduction
  • Contribute to new product design projects with a focus on manufacturability
  • Assist in preparing production documentation including drawings, BOMs, and quality checks
  • Help set up new product data in the ERP system
Technical & Engineering Support
  • Provide technical input to sales and customer service teams
  • Work with suppliers (e.g. moulders and fabricators) to troubleshoot issues and suggest improvements
Essential Skills & Knowledge as a Graduate Engineer:
  • Degree in Product Design, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong understanding of material properties
  • Proficiency in 2D CAD software (e.g AutoCAD)
  • Ability to present design concepts and solutions to non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving with a creative and innovative approach to design
