Job Overview:We are looking for a proactive and organised Temporary Office Assistant / PA to support the ?company's Managing Director and assist with front-of-house duties. This is a varied role ideal for someone who enjoys multitasking and working in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day support to the Managing Director, including managing the diary, travel arrangements, meeting coordination, and ad-hoc tasks

  • Cover Reception: meet and greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and take deliveries

  • Manage stationery orders and general office supplies

  • Ensure the reception and meeting areas are tidy and presentable at all times

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar PA/administrative or front-of-house role

  • Excellent organisational and communication skills

  • Confident using Microsoft Office and managing calendars

  • Friendly, professional, and able to work independently
