Location:South Region; Surrey Heath, Camberley and Kent
Rate/Salary:30.60ph UMB- PAYE is also available
Contract Type:Temp ongoing until at least March next year- could extend following this

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading housing association to join their team as an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor. You will have the flexibility to work from home and be in charge of managing your own diary and scheduling your own appointments day to day. You will then travel out to your appointments to support with completing a back log of stock condition surveys.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry outstock condition surveysacross a diverse housing portfolio.
  • Record and update condition data accurately using handheld devices or surveying software.
  • Provide technical advice and recommendations on repair, investment and improvement works.
  • Liaise with residents and contractors in a professional and customer-focused manner.


Experience and Skills Required:

  • Previous experience conductingstock condition surveys within the social housing sector.
  • Proficient in using surveying software and mobile data collection tools.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (travel across the region required).
