Location: Sheerwater Industrial Estate, near Woking (not MTC)
Shift: Nightshift, Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri, 18:00 - 06:00
Pay: 42.07 UMB / up to 35.21 PAYE
Start: Sept / Oct / Nov 2025 until August 2026

About the Role
We are looking for experienced composite trimmers and assemblers to join a high-performance motorsport manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the build of a 2026 Formula One car. You will work on composite components, performing trimming, assembly, and bonding tasks to exacting standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce composite parts in full compliance with engineering drawings and instruction sheets.

  • Inspect and assemble carbon fiber components.

  • Handle initial assembly of new car parts and service items from races or tests.

  • Prepare components for Non-Destructive Testing (NDT).

  • Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance quality and efficiency.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience with composite trimming, assembly, and build.

  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.

  • Strong practical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

  • Basic PC literacy.
