An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Freight Forwarding professional to join a dynamic and growing freight forwarding business.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate export shipments (with focus on seafreight, but exposure to air/road too).
- Handle carrier bookings, VGM submissions, export customs entries, and Bills of Lading instructions.
- Manage cross trade shipments, liaising with overseas agents and partners.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations and procedures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
- Provide excellent customer service and operational support in a fast-paced logistics environment.
