Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a well established National Heating contractor operating within the Local Authority sector.

They require a self-employed Domestic Gas Service & Breakdown Engineer to carry out annual landlord gas safety checks and breakdown work covering contracts in GU / PO with OOH work available if desired and paid on a guaranteed day rate. 

£240 DAY RATE WORK Plus OOH 

Work Type:

  • Annual landlord gas safety checks (CP12s) and breakdown work on domestic gas boilers and appliances. 
  • All pre-booked appointments via PDA 
  • Working days: Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 3 days per week
  • Contract Length: Ongoing
  • Payment Terms: Weekly one week in hand

Requirements:

  • Experience servicing, repair, fault finding and diagnostics on domestic boilers and gas appliances
  • ACS qualifications including cookers and fires
  • Gas Safe Registration
  • Owen van & tools 
  • Calibrated flue gas analyser
  • £2m Public Liability Insurance
