Role Overview
As a Production Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day operations on the shop floor, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You'll manage and motivate a team, resolve issues quickly, and play a key role in driving continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily production operations, ensuring deadlines and targets are consistently achieved
Lead and support a team of assemblers/operators, providing coaching and training where necessary
Monitor workflow and resource allocation to maximise efficiency
Ensure strict adherence to Health & Safety and quality standards
Liaise with management and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote best practices
Candidate Profile
Proven supervisory/leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting
Strong knowledge of assembly/mechanical/manufacturing processes
Ability to read and understand technical documentation/drawings
Effective communicator with strong people management skills
Proactive, hands-on, and solutions-driven
