Our client is looking for Lettings Director for a highly successful St Johns Wood Branch.
Basic £45,000 DOE with an OTE of £90,000
Responsibilities:
As a Lettings Director, your role will encompass the following responsibilities:
- Market Dominance: Create the largest active market share in the area.
- Revenue Maximization: Grow the property register as the main instruction taker for the branch.
- Client Relationships: Develop exceptional working relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and recommendations.
- Financial Success: Maximize branch profit and achieve all financial targets.
- Team Leadership: Manage employee performance through regular 1:1 meetings, reviews, and morning meetings.
- Effective Team Management: Influence results through effective team management, action planning, and plan delivery.
Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate for this role will:
- Have previous Estate Agency and customer service experience.
- Be target-driven and tenacious with a proven track record of achievement.
- Be effective at managing a team.
- Be motivated and enthusiastic at all times.
- Display high standards of service and presentation.
- Possess excellent organizational skills.
- Demonstrate ideas and initiative for market growth.
- Be a car owner with a full driving license.
- Be insured for business use.
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
