As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll receive full training, ongoing development, and one-to-one mentorship to become a specialist consultant in your field. You’ll be building relationships, closing deals, and building a reputation for providing an outstanding service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sourcing and qualifying candidates for specialist roles.
Developing relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
Networking and developing your knowledge of a niche engineering market sector.
Negotiating deals and closing placements in a high-energy, performance-driven environment.
Working to and exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from first call to offer stage.
Full training will be provided to ensure you have all the skills and tools to achieve your full potential.
