Our client based in Woking is looking for a temporary Finance Assistant to join their busy team on an ongoing basis.
Candidates must be available to start immediately and have at least one year of relevant experience.
The role involves processing invoices and expenses, matching invoices to purchase orders, and preparing invoices for payment runs.
Additional responsibilities include answering supplier queries, chasing invoice authorizations, and performing credit card reconciliations.

Our client based in Woking are seeking a temporary Finance Assistant to join their busy team on an ongoing temporary basis. To be considered for this role you must be available immediately to start!

The role will involve:

Processing invoices and expenses including input onto the system
Matching invoices to PO's and preparing invoices for payment runs
Answering of supplier queries over the phone
Chasing for invoice authorisations and matching authorisations to invoices
Credit card reconciliation
Sending out monthly budgets to budget holders
