The Role

As the Collaboration & Personal Productivity Technology Lead, you'll lead the development and rollout of IT tools that power productivity across a global user base. With over 2,000 users across 27 sites, you’ll ensure tools like Office 365, internal platforms, and telephony solutions are fully leveraged through training, transformation, and strategic leadership.

Your Responsibilities

  • Own the end-user computing (EUC) strategy - hardware, software, licensing, and vendor management
  • Design and lead digital workplace improvement initiatives that redefine how teams collaborate
  • Manage a €1-2M technology budget across productivity platforms and services
  • Create and deliver training, guides, and internal comms to drive adoption of workplace tech
  • Partner with executive leadership and their teams to tailor productivity solutions for senior needs
  • Collaborate across departments, vendors, and global sites to align EUC and collaboration efforts
  • Lead platform updates, feature reviews, and lifecycle improvements across key applications
  • Represent the Technology team in vendor governance, strategy sessions, and audits
  • Support internal webcasts, video platforms, and virtual townhalls from planning to delivery

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in IT service, infrastructure, or digital transformation roles
  • Experience in international, fast-paced, enterprise environments
  • Strong knowledge of Office 365, collaboration tools, telephony, and cloud productivity suites
  • Excellent communication skills — you can translate complex tech into actionable business value
  • A natural influencer with the ability to engage C-level stakeholders and end users alike
  • Deep knowledge of user experience in a corporate IT environment
  • Strategic thinking with operational know-how — you see the big picture and make it happen
