Talent Guardian is delighted to be supporting our client in the search for a skilled and proactive Centre Manager. This is a key leadership role, focused on overseeing daily centre operations, guiding a committed on-site team, and delivering an outstanding experience for all clients and guests.Key Responsibilities
  • Welcome visitors and manage calls professionally to create a strong first impression.
  • Oversee suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all areas.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Support client IT needs, including internet setup (with external IT assistance)
  • Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and the team.
  • Lead the on-site team to maintain high operational standards.
  • Confidently use systems for access, invoicing, and IT support.
  • Assist with site tours, client onboarding, and other commercial activities.
  • Organise internal events to encourage client networking and engagement.
  • Maintain full knowledge of building services and facilities.
  • Manage accurate invoicing and proactively address outstanding payments.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Handle client renewals and support long-term retention.
  • Coordinate prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
  • Identify and implement service and operational improvements.
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members.
  • Represent company values and support the wider community.
  • Provide cover for other centres when needed.
