- Welcome visitors and manage calls professionally to create a strong first impression.
- Oversee suppliers to ensure consistent, high-quality service across all areas.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Support client IT needs, including internet setup (with external IT assistance)
- Build strong working relationships with clients, suppliers, and the team.
- Lead the on-site team to maintain high operational standards.
- Confidently use systems for access, invoicing, and IT support.
- Assist with site tours, client onboarding, and other commercial activities.
- Organise internal events to encourage client networking and engagement.
- Maintain full knowledge of building services and facilities.
- Manage accurate invoicing and proactively address outstanding payments.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Handle client renewals and support long-term retention.
- Coordinate prompt resolution of maintenance issues.
- Identify and implement service and operational improvements.
- Train, mentor, and develop team members.
- Represent company values and support the wider community.
- Provide cover for other centres when needed.
