Your Role Will Include:

  • Sales Order Processing: Accurately inputting and managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are correct and timelines are met.
  • Logistics Coordination: Organising shipments, liaising with couriers and warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth, on-time deliveries.
  • Customer Service: Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing friendly, helpful, and timely support via phone and email.
  • Stock Monitoring: Keeping an eye on stock levels, flagging low inventory, and working with the team to ensure availability.
  • Pricing & Quoting: Preparing accurate quotes for customers, updating pricing information, and ensuring consistency across systems.
  • Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records, updating CRM/order systems, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks.
