Your Role Will Include:
- Sales Order Processing:Â Accurately inputting and managing customer orders from start to finish, ensuring all details are correct and timelines are met.
- Logistics Coordination:Â Organising shipments, liaising with couriers and warehouse teams, and ensuring smooth, on-time deliveries.
- Customer Service:Â Acting as the first point of contact for customer queries, providing friendly, helpful, and timely support via phone and email.
- Stock Monitoring: Keeping an eye on stock levels, flagging low inventory, and working with the team to ensure availability.
- Pricing & Quoting: Preparing accurate quotes for customers, updating pricing information, and ensuring consistency across systems.
- Administrative Support: Maintaining accurate records, updating CRM/order systems, and supporting the wider team with day-to-day admin tasks.

- Is confident juggling multiple responsibilities and switching between tasks
- Communicates clearly and professionally with customers and colleagues
- Is tech-savvy and comfortable using order management or CRM systems
- Brings a proactive, can-do attitude and a keen eye for detail
