Assembly/Production Operative

Vanta Staffing Reading is recruiting a Assembly/Production Operative to work for our client based in the Wokingham area. This role would suit the right candidate who wants consistent work with a prestigious company.

Role of a Assembler:

Assembly and testing of light fixtures to an agreed specification and timeline
Operation of light machinery for assembly of light fixtures as appropriate. (soldering, Vjop saw, Band saw, progressing to CNC machine)
Implement and maintain a QA procedure appropriate to the order processing, assembly and delivery of company products

Details:

Salary £12.50ph - £12.75ph
Working hours: Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00
Location: Wokingham
Duration: Temp to perm

Requirement of an Assembler:

Attention to detail
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Ability to use hand tools.
