A fantastic opportunity has opened for an experienced Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join a dynamic and growing brokerage, working in partnership with a leading estate agency brand in the Reading area.
This role is ideal for an advisor with at least 2 years of experience, a strong sales track record, and a hunger to succeed in a high-lead, high-earning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
-
Provide tailored mortgage and protection advice to a wide range of clients

Manage a high volume of lead types confidently and efficiently

Build strong relationships with estate agency colleagues to generate referrals

Ensure compliance standards are consistently met

Availability to work 1 Saturday in 4 and 2 evenings per week to accommodate client needs
Who We’re Looking For:
-
Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Mortgage & Protection Advisor

Fully CeMAP qualified (or equivalent)
-
Confident communicator with strong client-facing and telephony skills
-
Target-driven, motivated, and adaptable
-
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment
