Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm (office-based)

This role is the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support across enquiries related to products, orders, payments, and accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, live chat, and social media
Process and manage customer orders from placement to completion
Support digital gift card purchases and troubleshooting
Resolve order, payment, and delivery issues, escalating where required
Maintain accurate records using CRM and order management systems
Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and processes
