Job Title: Customer Service Team Leader

Salary: 30,000 - 35,000

Location: Wokingham

What you'll be doing:

  • Leading, supporting and inspiring a team of Customer Service Advisors
  • Making sure every customer interaction is accurate, efficient, and delivered with care
  • Reviewing enquiries, quotes and orders to keep everything running smoothly
  • Helping to shape better processes and support the move towards digital tools
  • Holding regular one-to-ones and coaching sessions to keep team morale and motivation high
  • Working closely with other departments to strengthen communication
  • Tracking key service metrics and spotting opportunities to improve performance

What you'll bring:

  • Experience leading or supervising a customer service or sales support team
  • A practical approach to process improvement
  • Confidence with CRM/ERP systems and data management (Excel skills a plus!)
  • A natural communicator who's both empathetic and efficient
  • Organised, analytical, and full of ideas to make the customer journey even better
