- Salary: 89-100 per day
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm

As a Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant, you will:
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to help pupils manage their emotions, behaviour, and peer interactions
- Work alongside teachers, SEN specialists, and therapists to deliver behaviour strategies
- Assist with de-escalation, emotional regulation, and positive reinforcement techniques
- Support safe and structured learning environments
- Encourage confidence, independence, and pro-social behaviours
