I am currently working with a leading UK-based soft fruit grower that specialises in producing premium-quality strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, and blackberries. They have a strong commitment to sustainable farming, operating multiple farms across the country, utilising advanced growing techniques and environmentally friendly practices.

And they're looking for an experienced Multiskilled Engineer to join the team! They are looking for a self-starter with a "completer/finisher" mindset who is passionate about continuous improvement, if this sounds like you hit apply!

The Ideal Candidate will have:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a multiskilled engineer (electrical bias preferred)
  • Strong PLC fault-finding and control systems experience (Siemens PLCs)
  • 18th Edition qualification (essential)
  • IOSH qualification (desirable)
  • Proven experience in a food factory environment (a must-have!)

Ideally you will have experience with:

  • Elifab Blueberry Grader
  • Proseal Top Sealers & Case Packers
  • PA Top Sealers
  • Various Checkweighers / Metal Detectors

You will be working:

  • Monday-Friday (days only) with occasional weekend work.
