Our prestigious client is seeking an enthusiastic and engaging individual to cover their reception role for the month of June. You will be front of house, meeting and greeting clients and visitors. You will take pride in delivering a seamless and professional service.

Your role:

  • Meeting and greeting visitors with appointments and walk ins
  • Dealing with and directing telephone calls and client enquiries in an efficient and effective manner
  • Scanning and distribution of post
  • Dealing with couriers
  • General administration

The person:

  • Have experience of working as a receptionist or in similar role
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient knowledge of operating a switchboard and MS Outlook (or similar) and working in a professional environment are preferred
  • Be a good team player, with a willingness to offer support to others in the team
  • Be enthusiastic, flexible and efficient, with a helpful and friendly manner
