Job Description:

A well-established and highly recommended school in Berkshire is seeking a passionate and dedicated Food Technology Teacher. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality food technology lessons to students, fostering a love for cooking and nutrition, and encouraging creativity and practical skills in the kitchen.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging food technology lessons to students of varying abilities.
  • Develop and implement schemes of work and lesson plans in line with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and support.
  • Maintain a safe and hygienic learning environment, ensuring all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Encourage students to develop their culinary skills and knowledge of nutrition.
