My Client, a provider of cutting-edge Audio-Visual (AV) solutions are looking for an Internal Account Manager to join them on a permanent basis.
This role will entail supporting their clients and field sales team from their office. This role is responsible for maintaining and growing existing client relationships, managing day-to-day sales administration, and ensuring the smooth delivery of AV products and services.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their AV needs are met and exceeded.
Sales Growth: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the multiple sector, aiming to increase revenue and market share.
Business Development: Generate leads and manage the sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Project Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.
Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and threats.
Forecasting: Prepare weekly forecast for sales manager..
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience in an internal sales or account management role, ideally within the AV, IT, or technology sector.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach.
Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.
Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and quotation software.
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Commercial awareness and attention to detail.
