The Opportunity:
This role offers an exciting mix of 3rd line support, project delivery, and leadership. You'll work closely with end users, junior engineers, and the broader tech team to deploy and support Microsoft 365-based solutions and endpoint management platforms. It's a hybrid position with occasional site visits across the Thames Valley - perfect for someone who enjoys both desk-based and client-facing work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line escalation support across modern workplace environments
- Deliver projects including tenant migrations and policy configuration
- Deploy and manage Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Administer Microsoft Intune, MDM, and Apple Business Manager platforms
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
- Liaise with clients to understand and deliver bespoke solutions
- Document processes and contribute to continuous service improvement
What We're Looking For:
- At least 5 years of IT support experience, ideally in an MSP environment
- Deep understanding of Intune, MDM, and Apple Business Manager
- Proven 3rd line troubleshooting and project delivery experience
- Solid experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, and migrations
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- A mentoring mindset with a patient, supportive approach
- Self-starter with strong organisational abilities
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft 365 or Endpoint Manager certifications
- PowerShell scripting skills
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, or Autopilot
