Job Title: Senior Catering Assistant
Area: Wokingham, Berkshire

Contract Type: Permanent, Part-time
Salary: 25,583 - 25,989 (pro rata)
Working hours: Part-time

About the role: You will oversee daily kitchen operations, support menu planning, maintain high standards of hygiene, and ensure meals meet dietary requirements.
We're looking for a dedicated candidate to:
- Supervise catering staff and daily service
- Ensure compliance with food hygiene and health and safety standards
- Support the preparation and serving of meals
- Manage stock levels and kitchen resources
Requirements - The ideal candidate would have:
- Experience in a school or similar catering environment
- Knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Strong organisational and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Food hygiene certification desirable
