Service Care Solutions is working on behalf of a dynamic local authority, based in Wokingham, which is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Lawyer to join their team. As a Senior Lawyer, you will be responsible for managing a wide case load, providing expert advice on commercial property matters, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Role: Senior Commercial Property LawyerLocation: Wokingham – hybridUmbrella Rate: £50 - £55phPAYE inc. rate: £44.06 - £48.41phContract length: 6 months ongoingKey Responsibilities of the Senior Commercial Property Lawyer role:
  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage a wide commercial property case load, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, from start to completion.
  • Communicate complex information to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
Key Requirements:
  • 5+ years of PQE as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in commercial property law.
  • Experience of working within the public sector as a commercial property lawyer.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of people.
