- Provide comprehensive legal advice on commercial property matters to internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage a wide commercial property case load, prioritising tasks and meeting deadlines, from start to completion.
- Communicate complex information to non-legal stakeholders, ensuring clarity and understanding.
- 5+ years of PQE as a Solicitor, Barrister, or Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives in commercial property law.
- Experience of working within the public sector as a commercial property lawyer.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a range of people.
- Weekly pay – the rate offered will depend upon experience, interview performance and competency.
