Our client, a well-established company based in Winnersh is looking for a bright individual to join the Marketing team as an administrator. This is a highly varied role providing general administrative and marketing support.

The role is office based, with one day a week to be worked from home. Salary is £25,000 - £28,000 depending on experience, plus excellent benefits including generous holiday entitlement, pension, life and dental insurance.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or have strong A-levels, a background in Marketing or Science would be beneficial.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel and meeting bookings
  • Social media initiatives
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Tracking marketing expenditure
  • Managing the stock of brochures & marketing material
  • Updating the website, mailing activities, arrange and attend sales and strategy meetings
  • Minute taking, organising exhibitions and advertising
  • General daily administration support for the sales force producing quotations for customers

Key Requirements

  • Educated to degree level, or strong A-level results
  • Keen to learn and develop knowledge around company products
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Able to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workload
  • Some social media, website or experience of working in a Marketing Department is desirable but not essential
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
