We are proud to be working with an highly reputable legal firm in Wokingham and seeking a Part Time Receptionist to work Thursdays and Fridays from 9am to 5.30pm (15 hours per week)

You will be a vital member of the front line team acting as first point of contact for clients (face to face and over the phone), where you will provide a consistent professional experience and excellent customer service.

Receptionist (part time) duties required:

  • You will ensure the smooth operation of reception by also supporting fee earners and administration staff within the company
  • You will be responsible for ensuring all waiting clients and visitors receive a professional service and that client rooms are kept tidy and prepared for upcoming meetings
  • You will perform reception duties such as answering telephone enquiries and respond to emails, process post and track all movements of documents
  • This role will also see you carrying out data management and legal file administration.

Essential Skills required for a Receptionist (part time):

  • You will need to have proficient knowledge of MS Word and other Office software and preferably experience of working with a practice management system or large database.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills are required
  • Previous receptionist experience would be advantageous
  • You will need to be a good team player as this role will support different departments
  • Strong administration skills with good attention to detail is required
