- Processing sales orders and generating works orders, job sheets, delivery notes, labels, and invoices
- Allocating stock to works orders and managing purchasing activities
- Booking and managing international courier collections, including preparing Dangerous Goods Notes (DGNs)
- Matching purchase invoices to orders and entering accurate data
- Professionally handling incoming calls and directing them appropriately
- Supporting marketing efforts with email drafting and document formatting
- Assisting in regular internal reporting and document preparation
- Managing and maintaining both digital and paper filing systems
- Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and quality standards
- Providing general support across departments when required
- 5+ years’ experience in an administrative or logistics-based role
- Superb attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Clear and confident communication skills – written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); Salesforce knowledge is a bonus
- A proactive, positive, and can-do mindset
- The ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
