This role is not for the faint hearted, a leading Construction Business is looking for a Sales Order Administrator to join their team .
You will need to have the numerical acumen in order to be successful and be a self starter.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Handle customer orders via email and telephone, ensuring they’re processed swiftly and accurately
- Stock Management: Confirm stock availability and coordinate supplier orders when needed
- Sales Enquiries: Provide pricing information, follow up to close sales, and identify new opportunities
- Product Knowledge: Learn and retain technical and sales information on key products
- Logistics & Deliveries:
- Book deliveries with couriers, carriers, hauliers, and manufacturers
- Plan routes for our fleet to meet customer needs
- Ensure order documentation and labels are printed and ready
- Customer Service Excellence: Provide first-class service at all times
- CRM Management: Use our system to keep track of orders, client information, and sales activity
