My client is a growing main contractor who are seeking to recruit a Project Manager for the construction of a 5m Commercial Office in Wokingham.
The Role
The Project Manager is the most senior member of the site operations team and is the key person responsible for the successful delivery of the project. You will co-ordinateall aspects of the workso that the project is completed in line with requirements, within budget and on time.
The Project Manager has ultimate responsibility for the project on site, liaising with the Construction Director, Client, Design Team, Subcontractors and other trades.
The Project
The project is a 5m steel frame commercial office with piled foundations and CAT A Finishes. Car Parking, Landscaping etc.
