Working with a highly reputable, independent estate agency in the heart of Wokingham, this position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to earn commission across both lettings and sales.You'll be responsible for managing a small portfolio of managed properties, ensuring full compliance and excellent service for landlords and tenants. Alongside this, you’ll play a key part in the front office, booking viewings, generating appointments, and contributing to team performance. Key Responsibilities:Managing a lettings portfolio, acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenantsCarrying out property inspections, arranging maintenance, renewals, check-ins and check-outsEnsuring all lettings compliance and legal documentation is up to dateBooking in and managing viewings for both lettings and sales propertiesContributing to the office's performance through proactive support and client careWorking closely with the wider team to maintain the agency's high standards About You:Experience in property management or residential lettingsA good understanding of lettings compliance and legislationOrganised, personable, and proactiveA team player who’s happy to roll up their sleeves and help wherever neededConfident with clients over the phone and face-to-faceA full UK driving licence is essential Working Hours:?? Monday to Friday, 8.45am – 6.00pm?? Saturdays on a rota basis, 9.00am – 4.00pm (working 5 days total per week)�?
